- Housekeeping - Service has to be scheduled with at least 48 hours in advance. Services canceled with less than 24 hours will be charged to the resident’s house account. o General clean:
One and two bedroom apartments – 2 hours minimum.
Monthly package 1: one 2-hour service per week
Monthly package 2: two 2-hour service per week
Three bedroom apartments – 3 hours minimum
Monthly package 1: one 3-hour service per week
Monthly package 2: two 3-hour service per week
Houses – 4 hours minimum:

o Deep clean**:
One and two bedroom apartments – 3 hours

Houses – 6 hours

**Includes the cleaning of the terrace/balcony and washing dishes.
The
staff/management will not be responsible for any broken dishes that may occur while
cleaning the unit. Housekeepers do not do laundry.
