- Housekeeping - Service has to be scheduled with at least 48 hours in advance. Services canceled with less than 24 hours will be charged to the resident’s house account. o General clean:

  One and two bedroom apartments – 2 hours minimum. 

  Monthly package 1: one 2-hour service per week 

  Monthly package 2: two 2-hour service per week 

  Three bedroom apartments – 3 hours minimum 

  Monthly package 1: one 3-hour service per week 

  Monthly package 2: two 3-hour service per week

  Houses – 4 hours minimum: 

  Monthly package 1: one 4-hour service per week 

  Monthly package 2: two 4-hour service per week o Deep clean**: 

  One and two bedroom apartments – 3 hours 

  Monthly package 1: one 3-hour service per week 

  Monthly package 2: two 3-hour service per week 

  Three bedroom apartments – 4 hours 

  Monthly package 1: one 4-hour service per week

  Houses – 6 hours

**Includes the cleaning of the terrace/balcony and washing dishes. 

The staff/management will not be responsible for any broken dishes that may occur while cleaning the unit. Housekeepers do not do laundry. 

- In-Residence Botanical services (Houses) 

- Lawn mowing services: o Per event for houses that do not have a pool 

  Monthly package (1 service per week) o Per event for houses that have a pool

- Grocery Shopping and Delivery
